A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your date. You'll receive a confirmation with all appointment details.

48 hours before your event, a reminder is sent with preparation tips and final event-day logistics.

Event Day

Sana arrives at your location, complete setup included. Balance payment is collected on the day of service.

Follow-Up

After the event, a follow-up message checks that you're delighted. We'd love your feedback and a review!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel to me for appointments?

Yes — every Sana Uppal service is fully mobile. Sana travels to your home, venue, or event location across Ottawa, Orleans, and Montreal, with a travel fee starting at $50 depending on distance.

How much deposit do I need to pay to book?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is collected at your free consultation to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event and can be paid by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Interac e-Transfer, Stripe/Square, PayPal, or cash.

How far in advance should I book my henna, makeup, or hair appointment?

Wedding and event dates fill up quickly, especially during peak Eid, Diwali, and wedding season, so booking 4–8 weeks ahead is recommended. Every booking request is confirmed within 24 hours.

What henna packages do you offer?

Henna packages range from the Bronze package ($250+) for smaller celebrations, to the Silver ($400+) and Golden ($700+) packages for full bridal mehndi, plus custom hourly pricing for smaller groups or simpler designs.
